Help with attachments

I have a three page letter I want to send to the Iowan delegates. I'd like to post it here as an attachment for a critique before I send it out, but I can't find the button. If I cut and paste it it will mess up my format.

I don't think you can attach a file directly. You can try cut and paste with the 'remove text formatting' or you can upload the files somewhere else and link to it.
