It is out now, apparently!

This is the publisher's on line store, and this is supposed to get easier in the future but this is the first day it is out. You put Meet Ron Paul in the search line and options come up. It is $15.99 for soft cover and $29.99 for hard cover.

That's a little steep... If it was cheaper I'd be buying a bunch and taking them to schools.

I'll get one. I'm not sure if I'll get the soft or hard cover yet. I really like the idea. Maybe the price will go down if more sell.

I don't know if I'll like how its written though. It is supposed to (amongst other things) teach you Austrian economics and exactly how you do that with a picture book is something I must discover....

I'd almost buy it just for the cover.

Yeah, I'll get it. I liked all the pictures I saw. I just wish they showed some of the text, because I have no idea what style it will be in, etc. I hope it covers stuff like his giving free and discount medicine to those who couldn't afford it, and never taking medicare or medicaid.

Same here. I usually like to buy extra copies of good books to donate to local school libraries. Will have to just see, I guess. To pick up a mess of these and have them rejected would be a let down. Not that I couldn't get rid of them but that would defeat my primary purpose.

You know, back in 2008 a friend of mine half jokingly said "You Ron Paul guys scare me. You aren't going anywhere." You know what? He's right. How many other presidential candidates have this much staying power after losing...twice. And that's what the establishment hacks can't understand. (Or maybe they just don't want to?)

Kudos to the team that did this! I know one thing my kids will be getting for Christmas. Now if there was a way to get them autographed......

I don't know. The guy tweeting the links said they would have it up on their web page later (their own, not necessarily amazon), but it can only be bought through the publisher right now because it literally was JUST printed in final.

The author is tweeting me that he has a link describing the activism project etc but I don't have it yet.

Meanwhile he does appear to be going to put it on amazon but it will take 30+ days:

@MeetRonPaul Hey Mathew! Is Xlibris the only place you can buy your book right now? Send me a list of merchants and I'll post to fcbk. :)

@HollyGolvach Right now, yes. 30-60 days for Amazon, http://BarnesandNobles.com and select stores. You can order it through B&N stores as well

The web page for this now has the first page of the book: http://www.meetronpaul.com/excerpt/

and the illustrator put up a web page on it as well: http://drawingforliberty.com/ and links here (Forest, in the subtitle 'Liberty Forest' has only one R though....)

I'm wondering if I should wait until this gets to amazon to buy so it raises their numbers on amazon - that is what I was going to do. I do want it, though.
