Im getting pretty damn well fed up with all the MSM pandering to passing more and more ridiculus laws that do nothing that actually has an effect on criminals.

These laws that are being pushed operate on the opinion that Criminals purchase their guns "legally". Once a person realizes that these guns are not being purchased legally, the fallacy of all of the laws being pushed becomes apparent.

If a person has the intention of robbing a liquor store with a hand gun, they arent going to purchase it legally. If they could afford to purchase the gun legally, they most likely would not have the intent of robbing a liquor store to begin with. There are two ways that a Criminal would get a gun. First would be going to either steal it from anyone they know that owns a gun(s) (again, doesnt mean possession of those guns are legal), or buy one from someone they know. They certainly arent going to Walmarx with the intent of actually paying for it. Either way, there is no background check to acquire the gun. Now, the fallacy of requiring stronger background checks becomes evident as wholly ineffective. Trying to place more restrictions on who is allowed to buy a gun also has no effect on the criminal as they usually applaud each other for their crimes and wear them as merit badges, and will sell to another criminal with absolutely no regard as to how that gun is going to be used.

Passing new laws that further restricts their definition of what Legal Gun is only increases the Black Market. As we already are all well aware, the Black Market for guns makes it practically pointless to even pass a law. Of course, by their definition of Legal Gun depends greatly on the person that weilds it. It is okay for the government or military to have pretty much no limit on what type of weapons they can use, but now they want to try to declare if a Citizen has anything that even has a clip, it should be "illegal". This is also typical of the Do What I Tell You To Do, But Not As I Do mentality of the Govt.

There have been problems that have resulted from guns, but the guns themselves are not the problem. And restricting access to the guns does nothing but punish those that would use guns in self defense. In regards to the School Shootings, how many of the shooters were already on prescription medications? The schools most likely required these students to be heavily medicatied because the schools were trying to regulate their behavior without addressing what the real problems are. Aw, are you getting bullied? Go see the school psychotherapist, take some pills, and shut the fuck up. No, you arent allowed to leave, we get Federal Funding (printed by the Federal Reserve Bank, at interest) for your sorry ass to be here. Compound this problem with the fact that schools are nothing more than indoctrination centres, and many of these people are reacting and resisting that indoctrination. You dont have to be a genius to smell the bullshit in their agendas. This isnt to say that there are some truly unstable people in the world. Maybe instead of medicating them to death (at a profit), we should actually try to help them before they go ape shit and end up on a shooting spree! But, in the event that they do go ape shit, does not every other human being have a Constitutionally Guaranteed Right to defend their lives, with deadly force if necessary? But what made them go ape shit to begin with? Maybe, just maybe, it has something to do with the prescription drugs that are getting shoved down their throats to begin with? One way or another, it is a good point for discussion.

Gun laws only remove the ability of the people to defend themselves, which makes them dependant on someone else to defend them. And that Dependancy is one of multiple ways to create the Chains of Obedience. Cops are dependant on Govt Paychecks, which makes thems just as Dependant, further making them bound in the Chains of Obedience. Open fire on that crowd of unarmed civlians. Many cops probably will, but they do so because of the Chains of Obedience that determine their behavior. If the cop refuses to open fire, you can damn well bet your sweet ass there are going to be serious legal ramifications brought against the "offending" officer. But if the cop does shoot 100 people dead, no charges against anyone will ever be filed.

Maybe we should have harsher sentences for those that abuse the Right to Bear Arms? That is gonna be a problem with all of our prisons full of people convicted of smoking pot! The result will be "Armed Robbery: Sentence - 20 years in prison. Eligible for Parol in 2 weeks due to overcrowding."

So what kind of Libertarian solutions will you come up with in regards all this anti gun rhetoric being spewed from the mouths of the MSM Talking Heads like a Lactose Intolerant Fuck after drinking a Gallon of Milk and some Oral Laxatives resulting in Verbal Diahhrea? Or, it may be simpler to ask, what would the Libertarian solution be to handle those that use guns to bring harm onto other people?

The arbitrary definition of "criminal" is the first thing that needs addressed...

A person who desires to use a firearm in the commission of a felony may, or may not, be an ex-con.

There are countless ex-cons who own firearms and are far more responsible than the "average" citizen.....Heck if they're not they'll definitely get a horrendous sentence for mere possession!

Common sense says that if a person desires to obtain a fully automatic assault weapon he/she simply devises a scheme to remove one from a LEO's possession...

There is no amount of feel good legislation going to regulate human behavior, all any legislation does is proscribe punishment for those who get caught...

Every gun control proposal Obama has come up with is aimed at you and me. Why? We haven't done anything wrong.

The people that will carry out murders in the future won't be affected by control; except for it enabling them to kill more.
