In other words if a farmer plants his normal seed corn and buys Monsanto corn to make up the seed he needs, and it reproduces with his own corn to create his new seed corn, as farmers have done through the millenia, Monsanto says it owns the new corn. Think about this with the GM modified salmon, and all other naturally reproducing GM modified items (moral query re DNA modification being studied...)
