The UAVs have two alternative systems for communication.

Line of sight radio :
In the military C-Band 500 - 1000 MHz that can be jammed with simple spark-gap radio

Satellite communication :
In the Ku-Band between 10.95 - 14.5 GHz, and the satellite can be jammed.
The Uplink-Band to the satellite is 13.75 - 14.5 GHz
The Downlink-Band from the satellite is 10.95 - 12.75 GHz
And you should jam the Uplink frequencies with a jammer directed at the satellite.

Learn how to build a jammer here: http://privat.bahnhof.se/wb907234/killuav.htm

Stand tall my friend, when they shut down this site for exercising 1st amendment, this forum will be least of our worries

Just get fifteen kills and use an EMP killstreak, that'll knock them out.

If you cut off the wireless signal, they'll just assume autopilot mode. Even assuming a particular drone has no computer vision capabilities, it can just turn around in the direction it came from before it lost signal and keep flying until it regains signal. Losing signal is something that happens more often than you may imagine, so you can count on the drone being able to recover from this situation. Although if your goal is to slow the drone down from executing whatever task it is at hand, I imagine it would have that temporary effect assuming it requires input from a human controller to do so.

Given their current performance capabilities, this might work:

Has a surprisingly small radar footprint too.

I would think hijacking through GPS spoofing would work better...

If you are trying to crash it or capture it, that is...
