and good insight - the parallels between cops & street gangs cannot be emphasized enough.

The attitude that they "own" the streets, the way they regard "snitches", their proclivity for "shoot 'em ups" (without regard for "collateral damage"), the hysteria that accompanies any violence directed at one of their own, etc., etc., etc.

(Aside: I wish he would've said "underground bunker" instead of "underground facility" - that would've tickled the hell out of me.)

he also said Dorner was a "35 year old youth" and the two women who were shot were a 49 year old and 71 year old "viva la raza". it's part of his schtick
