Lots of good comments there including this succinct summary.

I see a lot of posts about due process and illegal search and seizure. They get away with this cr*p because our useless court system has ruled at "administrative" searches, where EVERYONE is searched, are right and proper.

The $%^$%^ TSA operates under this "administrative search" blanket --- they can violate every aspect of our ONCE MEANINGFUL Constitution because its "administrative" and not directed at YOU as an individual. If they singled YOU out it would be unconstitutional but because they target everyone its OK. So what you can't legally due to individuals you can do to the entire population. Makes sense doesn't it.

On this basis as long as they broke down the door of EVERY home on your block it would be legal to do "administrative searches" of your home and family. But they have to do everyone.

1. I do not consent to any searches not of my person or property.
2. If I am being charged with a crime, please tell me right now, if not, am I free to go? If not why am I being detained?
