The point is you're not a United States Senator who takes trips to the Dominican and is alleged to like the "newest and youngest girls"

Regardless as to whether he solicited prostitutes in the Dominican, the Senate Ethics Committee will want to know why it took him 3 years to pay for his private plane trips and why he didn't notify the committee at the time as he's meant to do pursuant to Senate rules.

The only thing that keeps me from engaging in this same sort of activity is fidelity to my wife and a lack of means. It certainly isn't some moral revulsion to having intercourse with nice looking young women who are willing.

I suspect if most of us were being honest, we'd admit the same thing. Is he a sleazebag politician - hell yes! But in terms of the activity he engages in, I find his votes more revolting. (Although, someone who cheats on his own wife is someone who has no moral compass, anyway. His votes or his infidelity should be no surprise.)
