The cops never should have sprayed him, he was backing away from them at the time, totally unnecessary.

I was kinda surprised at the restraint shown by the police when the guy laid down to give up. Really expected someone to come in to frame and kick him in the head or something.

Me too. At least the big guy didn't get shot to death for owning his ass.
