That should be interesting.
No Child Left Behind mandates national assessment requirements for schools who receive Federal funds and was written by John Boehner who calls it his "greatest ever achievement". 32 states have been granted waivers (including Kentucky) under the law by President Obama. Ron Paul was one of 34 Republicans who voted against it in 2001.
