This is epic. This guy is spot-on with his criticism.

That was quite the rant, then the douche tries to tell the guy he's gonna commit suicide, and it's the business owner's fault? Wow, good riddance, maybe suicide will be good for this guy, at least he accomplished something. The owner was spot on about the pain pills.

I've worked with people like this before, and completely understand the business owner's position here. I'll admit, I was secretly hoping the fired employee was gonna try something, and this guy caved his face in. But, still entertaining in its own right.

I wonder if this business is located in a state that requires employers provide insurance options for their employees...

Did you see the employee and how messed up he was?? (4:38 mark). He could barely stand up and he was swaying like a reed in the wind. LOL

It sounded like it was in Long Island NY by me. Probably Nassau County since the messed up guy was living in Hempstead.

Hey, my grandma lives in Levittown, I thought the accent sounded familiar, lol.

Lol, no, I remember it saying 4:15 when I got up to help my daughter with a math problem, I'll have to check it out again, I just missed it.

I'm all for the youngster being able to consume whatever drugs he wants...

I'm also all for the shop owner tossing his ass out the door...

What I'm against is the shop owner threatening to call the cops.

The shop owner exhibited more patience than I would have, some dude wants me to pay him and then jeopardizes my business, he leaves with an ass whuppin'...

How about just firing him for not being able to do the job.

Regardless of any reasons.

You can do the work,, or you can not do the work. That should be the only criteria.

haha, that's a funny rant. Little redundant but ultimately correct. Best line, "Stop eating drugs...".. haha, never heard anyone say stop eating drugs before.

He didn't "threaten" to call the cops. He was thinking out loud to himself at the beginning of the video because he was pissed off.

He obviously couldn't do the work, bro. Was the guy not supposed to notice that he's on drugs? I mean, seriously.

The guy should fire him for whatever reason he wants. Some people who claim to be freedom-lovers criticize employers for the silliest reasons.
