As the new formal order established by our founders was an all inclusive one, as in "all men" were born equally endowed with the same business agenda for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, the old pagan order of the puritan culture set about compromising it by utilizing the law in contempt of our Civil Purpose to exclude certain members into society. It was the old pagan order of the puritan culture that put the Native Americans on reservations as the new order established by our Founders including them. Likewise, it wasn't the old pagan order that freed African Americans from bondage, as her literature would like to have us think, but it was the all inclusive order of the Civil Purpose declared by our Founding Fathers that set them free.

Rather than understand what is our formal American culture, that lightning in a bottle captured for us during the Enlightenment period, most differentiate the prior puritan culture as what is truly American in contrast to all other foreign cultures. But the formal culture is that natural law our Founders declared to justify our divorce from tyranny; meanwhile, the puritan culture, the prior pagan order, should be considered equivalent to all the other secular pagan disorders such as African voodoo, Islam, and Catholicism.
