We don't need to declare a revolutionary war because we have already won that war. Similarly, we don't need to declare our independence because we have already done so. Likewise, we don't need to declare a movement because we have already done that as well.
The reason this controversy exists today regarding the people's militia is the old Puritan order, one which has become parasitic on the Union, and the way it has positioned itself culturally as the primary reason why the world views us as a great Democratic Republic of United States.
This is why they belittle the Founding Fathers, The Declaration of Independence (our divorce from tyranny), and The U.S. Constitution the way that they do. They want us all to have to eat mincemeat pie, to wear a scarlet letter, and to prance around a may pole. You see, the old pagan puritan order is being confused with the formal culture our Founders established. John Dewey just almost stated this in his conclusion when he said that all Americans should be more concerned with creating new cultures. But he missed the mark. Instead, we need to realize we already have a formal culture. This formal culture is a new order to live by and that narrow meaning natural-law should supersede all lessor cultures. It is our Civil Purpose. As order and law takes precedence over law and order, in regards to advancing a civilization that is, then it becomes necessary at times to arm oneself to fight to preserve that order.
