There's another kind of executive order called "Well, fuck you". Usually comes as a response to some kind of major tragedy, staged or otherwise, and often accompanies martial law.

So instead of congress we have a select handful of judges determine our laws.

Why is it we can't never use the 25th amendment - you know, to remove from office ? If the SCOTUS says it's constitional to ban firearms doesn't then our Military have to take over and remove them (and everyone who supports to disarm the american people) from office ?
