On January 19th 2013 go to your local gun store and purchase a gun, ammo, and accessories. Bring your friends, a video camera, and your pro gun protest signs.

Also, on January 19th 2013 you are encouraged to declare your natural right to defend yourself against Tyranny by protesting Obama's gun grab at your State Capitol.

Are you serious? By January 19th there won't be anything left in the stores.

Probably correct on rifle ammo and semi-auto rifles. But I was in Sportsman's warehouse on Saturday and they had handgun ammo and reloading components.

Nice! I know what I'll be doing this Lysander Spooner Day.

Ehhh... I don't care for the title. Only because I think we need to be changing minds and influencing people. You know how they call it "pro-life" instead of abortion or "the Patriot Act" instead of The Attack on Civil Liberties Act? I personally think Gun Appreciation Day should have been called Second Amendment Appreciation Day or anything else that would give it a positive spin. It's all a play on words in order to market something that is not popular with people. Any mention of the word "gun" has got negative connotations to it no matter what unfortunately. And those that will be attending this event, will all be considered insensitive and dangerous. Just my 2 cents...
