The Daily Fail is atrocious to cut and paste, so I'm only giving one money quote.
Piers Morgan uses BBC interview to slam 'stupid and dangerous' guests from gun lobby who appeared on his CNN show

'What happens here (in the US) affects me, my life and that of my family,’ he told BBC's Newsnight last night. ‘The guns issue here is now so dangerous and out of control that something has to give.
'The reaction of the gun lobby was to say more guns, less crime - arm everybody, (and) so this spiralling descent into gun madness continues. I do find it stupid and I do find it dangerous.

What exactly would make you feel safer Piers? Boneless chickens maybe?
Are those who know enough not to choke on chicken bones spiralling into chicken madness?
Who would've thought a replacement for Larry King would be such a pain in the ass.

Easy solution, Piers. Leave.
Not to change the subject, but get used to the this type of battle. We will have more of this. Many of us have warned of a cultural shift due to massive immigration. We now have an immigrant leading the battle to illegally violate our Constitution (he has not argued for a new Amendment, he is arguing for unconstitutional laws to erode and supersede the Second Amendment).

This is a valid observation.
Millions of foreigners voting en bloc to take away my freedom, combined with alien mouthpieces on government media organs clamoring for the same is a recipe for disaster.

So, would a fast track to citizenship aide and comfort the enemy?

That's another thing that pisses me off. Our big-bad gun culture meant that American soldiers had a major advantage against the Axis powers despite fighting on unfamiliar territory. Simply put, we were better shots than anyone else on the field; we were getting the '50/50' kills, not because of superior training, but familiarity with our weapons. The British, on the other hand, not so much.

Never thought about it that way. It's like a basketball game between two teams where one is made up of people who have played since childhood, up against a bunch of people who have never played before. "Throw this round ball through that hoop. Good luck."

Yes. I'm on the west coast. And I know because I am a Gun Nut in a way.... Its a good thing the only people snapping with guns are clearly not 'gun nuts'. Clearly, to those in the know.

"You ain't seen nothin' yet".
We have more and more people coming here from over-crowded, former communist nations. Culturally, they tend to value conformity and collectivism. Politically, they are used to authoritarian government that enforces norms via brute force. Never question government. At the same time, government is a lucrative career choice, where cronyism and corruption is the norm. Wait, what country was I talking about again?
