Police said, it all started at 2:20 am today, Monday. Cotto Gilberto Zayas, Orlando Rivera and Jennifer Vazquez Torres Cruz, 39, 24 and 28 years, respectively, arrived at Joshua's Café, located on Avenida Santa Juanita Final. The business had just closed, but decided to do a "parranda"(PR party thing) while John Villafane Roure was asleep at the bar.
Michelle Franco, press Police spokesman said it is unclear whether Roure Villafane, 45, works as security or if he was a customer at the bar, but when he heard the word "Robbery", reacted scared and started shooting.
The three wounded got the scare of their lives, but live to tell the tale. Zayas Cotto was taken at noon today for stitches after suffering two gunshots to the Medical Center in Rio Piedras. it was not confirm whether he had been discharged.
Villafane Roure was placed under arrest and was found with a gun with the serial number mutilated. He was not referred to federal authorities on account he not having a criminal record. He is expected to be charged tonight.

With this phrase, John Villafane Roure justified this afternoon the shooting with his illegal firearm during early Monday inside a business in Bayamon, firing wildly into a crowd of young people "parrandeaban"(partying) in front of the property, which was closed.
According Villafañe Roure, he drew his gun and shoots by mistake. The explanation does not help much, at least today, Tuesday when Judge Maria Luz Rodriguez Cruz found cause for his arrest for three violations of the Arms Act, three counts of attempted murder, one count of having a weapon series mutilated and one count of being altered to work automatically. The total bail is $ 700,000.
Villafane Roure claimed that when he heard the word robbery, which reminded him of how in 2003 he had a gun pointed at his face in the middle of a robbery and was shot twice, one hit him in the knee and one in the kidney.
"They said robbery, and I was robbed in 2003. They said robbery, went to take the gun out and shot by mistake," said the man who declined to answer how he acquired the gun.
