Rubio the tax raiser!

As a state legislator Marco Rubio voted to raise the Florida school district tax every year from $4bn to $8.2bn.

Rubio claimed in his campaign that he "never voted to raise taxes" but fact checkers agree, his claim is false.

As a county commissioner for Miami he also voted to raise property taxes twice by 7% in 1998 and 1999.

We don't need another tax raiser in the White House, we already have one!

Ron is in 4th in their poll. If everyone who voted for Ron had voted for Rand, Rand would probably be beating Rubio in this poll.

Yup, but also Ron Paul is 3rd for most disliked... Rubio is 2nd... Chris Christie is 1st.

Good news is Rand Paul is way down like 17th most disliked.

Ron is also in 3rd on the list of "the least favorite candidate," which is interesting. Rand is only 19th on that list.

By the way, be careful by these polls and petitions from such organizations.

They're more interested in collecting your email address and getting $ out of you than anything else.

It's quite the racket the conservative movement.

It's a hollow victory because they get your email and spam you.

How do you think they paid off Armey $8 million?

We're creating a monster.

We're creating a monster by promoting their polls and feeding them email addresses.

Statistically a percentage of those we refer to them will donate to the organization.

This allows the organization to grow, become more powerful and influential etc etc..

EDIT: NVM, it is FreedomWorks.

FW probably has most of our email addresses already. They have some useful tools for sending out emails to representatives on key votes and FreedomConnector is pretty useful for grassroots conservative organisation.

Their Facebook post was quite offensive though, for a libertarian organisation, especially when it's their own poll:

Fortunately, Rand is still leading.

Noem may run for Senator in SD in 2014. I presume her low score is because of the farm issues.

Um and the fact she supports indefinite detention, votes for big government spending projects, and extended the patriot act.

Noem DOES NOT = Liberty Candidate

The more dictatorial powers which are allowed a presidency to have, the more ruthless and determined are those who might try to get it. Rand Paul does not appear to me to be seeking to gain more dictatorial powers over me, indeed, he seems like the one most likely to defend my liberties against a growing authoritative government. And for that he has my money, my time, and my vote.
