MARINE Veteran who served 8 yrs in Iraq has been unlawfully convicted to 30 yrs in prison!

A gag order was placed over Sgt Charles Dyer, and he was told he would be arrested if he spoke out about the events that took place during his first trial in Stephens County Oklahoma!

This former Marine was targeted by the FBI due to his outspoken voice and his Constitutional speeches he was giving at many Tea party / Patriot Events across the country.

Charles Dyer also known as July 4 Patriot or J4P, has a gift of "speech." and was becoming very popular within the Patriot / Tea Party Community. Sgt. Dyer also grew a following online because of his YouTube Channel.

Sgt Charles Dyer was not aware of how he was targeted by the FBI until he was charged with a crime he did not commit.

Not long after this all began, was it becoming more clear to Charles that this was a intentional attempt to silence him and shut him down. A gag order was placed on him.

Charles Dyer was offered a "deal" by FBI...

FBI Agent Gene Pool told Sgt. Dyer that if he would "work" for the FBI for 2 yrs and help the FBI infiltrate the Patriot/Tea Parties/Militia Community, then all these criminal charges that were pending against him would "disappear."

FBI Agent Gene Pool handed Sgt. Dyer a list of objectives to review, but Sgt. Dyer looked at Agent Pool, and told him, "no thank you."

That he starts the YouTube saying who he is "with the American Resistance Movement", gives me pause. That seems like a bit more than the "Patriot / Tea Party Community". Oh, here, a bit further down: "Patriot/Tea Parties/Militia Community".

The militia movement is already heavily infiltrated and has been for years.

"Patriot" is a euphemism for Militia, Just as "Progressive" is a euphemism for Socialist/Communist.

There is also this:

Stephens County is the middle of nowhere, deep in the hills, closer to Wichita Falls, TX than any other city of any size. More than half of the less than 45,000 population lives in the county seat, Duncan. Interestingly, Duncan is where Halliburton Energy was founded, and as recently as six or seven years ago Halliburton stockholders' meetings were still held there.

This is all pretty shady. There should be no problem with a man saying look our government is doing some really bad things and we should pick up arms and prepare for the day when the government turns on the people (if it hasn't already). To say that this man should be illegally framed and put in jail because of the things he said and the training actions that he took is crazy. This is supposed to be a country where freedom reigns. OSBI was part of this investigation and has kept the investigation that helps prove the innocence of Sgt. Dyer hidden.

If you want to be taken seriously use correct English and make a coherent statement. This article is a bunch of one liners thrown together. What is this guy charged with? And what is the evidence that he is innocent?

...The FBI and Stephens County Oklahoma have railroaded Sgt. Charles Dyer, and now has convicted him to prison for 30 yrs!

So they told her if she didn't cooperate they would sentence him to 40 years. Then they sentenced him to 30 years. So did she cooperate? How so? If he was arrested for speech then what sort of cooperation would they expect from his mother?

Yeah, I posted this as I was literally falling into one of the worst migraines I've ever had in my life, to say I wasn't thinking clearly would be understatement of the year.:( This is the first time I've been back on since posting the article, I slept for 18 hours straight after posting it. I agree with BT, horrible article and I apologize to everyone for not checking it out further before posting. This headache came on extremely quick, I had almost no warning like they usually do.


What a time to break the only bowl I had in the house, and I had no papers either, and was in no condition to drive to get either and the wife was at work. The one thing that instantly stops my migraines dead in their tracks is Mary J. I tried to read the article all the way through before posting, but could only see out of my peripherals, and that makes reading anything pretty much impossible.

I don't know if you've ever had a real migraine, but becoming all MacGuyvery was out of the question at the time, and I don't have any aluminum cans around the house either way as we never drink soda, and any beer that occasionally is invited in is in bottle form.:o

I know. :)I wished I had one for about .002 seconds, believe that. I have the most extreme kind, pain beyond imagination, must be in bed completely dark room, no sound, don't even talk to me, because it hurts to even think of a response. I even give the key to my gun safe to a third party to hide when I have them, they are that bad for me, and I've considered "fixing" it the easy way on more than one occasion, it hurts that bad. Pain like you cannot imagine. Still hurts today when I even cough just a little(the clear your throat kind of "cough"), or bend in any way that places my head below my heart. Getting better by the hour though, and the bright side is they are rare for me to have, usually one or two per year, if that. I started getting these around 11 years old, seemed to disappear in my 20's but are now coming back with more frequency in my 30's. Lets hope this was the only one for this year,or even better, the last one I'll ever have.

Then I just try to sleep it off. Never tried marijuana. Had about 12 of them from ages 13 - 19. Then nothing, until I had two more a couple of years ago.

I remember I tried to document my last one, things like what side the pain was on and such, (I still don't know if it is always the same side of my head) But I couldn't even write anything sensibly.

Ouch. I've been free of them so far (knock on wood) but my mom gets debilitating ones and would scare the crap out of me as a kid cause we had no one else to take care of us. Glad you're better now.
