In Britain,The NHS (National Health Service).Doctors are treated like demi-gods because of the system of notes.If you upset one,it won't end there (and in case they are the one walking by when you are hit by a bus).It is already practice for the terminal to be hastened off by withdrawing fluids.If you hire a bad plumber,you won't hire him again and tell your friends not to.With the NHS,you get what you're given.It's only recently that private GPs (general practitioners) have become more widely available.Yes,I have a gripe against it.No,I'm not going to say what it is! It would be the last thing to go but good riddance if it did.
Also,endless hidden camera evidence of patients not being fed or given drinks.It's just a big,steaming pile of lies --but you can't say anything about it.Self censorship through fear.
