ETA: It is also speculative to say that the gunman saw this CCW carrier and decided to end his life. Very well could have, but this isn't the same as CCW holder shoots armed suspect. I know the laws are such that most places where these shootings happen there isn't anyone armed but still.

I was just going to say that. Empire State gunman kills one, police officers shoot him and wound nine in the process. The mayor and commissioner played that one off nicely.

I'd settle for at least getting back to the days when towns had an elected sheriff and could issue calls for a posse when the need arises.

May just be coincidence, but does seems to fit the psyops angle:

1. A lone shooter refered by MSM by their full First/Middle/Last name:

2. Young male with a assult rifle:

Roberts, 22, was armed with a stolen AR-15 semi-automatic weapon

3. Wearing a mask and black assult gear:

The shooter, wearing a white hockey mask and black clothing...and was equipped with a load bearing vest

4. Commits suicide during rampage:

where he apparently shot himself, police said.

5. Law enforcement had just practiced same scenario at same place:

6. No apparent motive:
