BTW... I think Jim is right... IMO, 100% mortgage financing with no-money down is extremely wreckless financial planning for the broader economy... and the Federal Reserve should be extremely ashamed of itself for encouraging 100% mortgage financing, and in fact, by encouraging such behavior, may lead to it's own downfall and demise.
