White House Declines to Condemn Union Violence in Michigan (http://dailycaller.com/2012/12/11/white-house-declines-to-condemn-union-violence-in-michigan/)

Daily Caller
Dec. 11, 2012

White House spokesman Jay Carney declined to condemn the increasing violence and threats by union members in Michigan, merely telling reporters Tuesday that “the president believes in debate that’s civil.”

When asked by a reporter about a claim by Michigan state Democrat that “there will be blood” should Republicans pass a union-choice law in Michigan, Carney professed ignorance and then downplayed the comment.

“I haven’t see those comments, and I’m not sure they mean what someone interprets them to mean,” he said.
The union violence, which included at least one televised assault on a journalist, followed an Obama rally in Michigan Dec. 10, when he declared that right-to-work laws are a political effort to slash wages.

“These so-called ‘right to work’ laws, they don’t have to do with economics; they have everything to do with politics,” Obama told workers at an auto factory in Redford, Mich. “What they’re really talking about is giving you the right to work for less money,” he said.

"On the other hand, I have a 100 percent right-to-work voting record.

I’ve never supported forced unionism — and never will."--Ron Paul

Everyone here should read your first link, many of them couldn't care less what Rand Paul thinks.

What has Ron Paul said about it?

Ron Paul was the most RTW supporting candidate running in 2012.

It is sad that some many of these union workers like to beat up people, destroy private property and threaten to murder people in cold blood. Hopefully, they are all locked up for a long time for the safety of the people of MI.

I guess he hasn't heard about this yet:

“Early today, Clint Tarver, known as “The Hot Dog Guy” here in Lansing had his business attacked by out of line and out of control protesters near the Capitol,” a blog post associated with a fundraiser to restore the hot dog cart explains. “‘It was when he returned to gather his equipment that the taunts and racial slurs began.”

When attacking the cart, the people were “yelling N*gger & Uncle Tom,” according to Michigan Republican State Committee member Nick Hawatmeh. Hawatmeh took a photo of the attack that you can see here.

According to the fundraising blog post, Tarver says (through his wife) that “the working people did not respect the working man. He was not there to be political; he was just there to serve.”

The donations are up to $16,567.00

That will buy him more than one hotdog cart. If this keeps up, he'll be able to afford a chain of them, or a food truck.
