Here is the information I have on becoming a delegate in IL:

If anyone else wants to help with collecting this information I would appreciate it. I have a while to go, but ultimately want to have a step-by-step guide here. Ideally I'll get it done within a week from now.

I think you are too late James. All the delegates have signed up. We're working on getting the signatures to get them on the ballot now.
