The delegate board for each state should have a sticky post titled: How to become a delegate in (state name)! It should have step-by-step instructions and also a brief summary at the top. This makes it very easy to see what is involved in becoming a delegate and therefore people will be more likely to take that step. Who is with me in helping get this information? Either for your state or for any state(s)?

I have emailed the right people and am hoping for a response soon. If not, I will be making some personal visits to attain the information.

For Indiana, however, the majority of the information won't come until mid-December.

I'm currently working on my home state, as that is where I will be able to find the information most widely available.

No already finished with delegates in my state (am one) and am too busy with RP in my locality to help people handle their own states.

Here is the information I got

Hey Fred,

I am assuming you mean a delegate for the Republican National Convention....you will love it!
You must first be a county delegate. You can do this by coming to our County Convention next year.
Then we will elect delegates for the Republican National Convention at the District meeting. Our district will be allotted so many delegates (not sure on the exact number today, but I believe it has to do with how many votes for the Republican Governor candidate we had from our district). When the convention gets closer we will know the exact number allowed for our district.
Districts elected delegates different ways...the 8th District, where I moved from and was elected a national delegate made each of us give a speech as to why we wanted to be a delegate and why they should vote for us.
Here in the 5th District for the last national election, they did not do this. Each county had a list of delegates that they submitted for nomination and then counties made "deals" with each other to vote for the ones they wanted.
There are also names that are submitted at the State Convention level, but my understanding is that these are pretty much decided in advance and the whole list is always approved by the floor. Your best bet is the District Convention. Just let Carolyn know if you are interested in becoming a delegate when the District Convention is held. The date for these conventions, county and district, is usually any where from Feb. to March.
I will find out the exact number allocated to our District if you'd like for me to?
Hope I have answered your questions. If you need more...just let me know.
Would you like to be added to our emailing list for Republican happenings in the county and beyond?

That site had ERRONEOUS information.

Jeff Greenspan has told me personally he did NOT recommend it.

Organizers for Dr. Paul around the country do everything they can to stop that virus.

You can see my debate with him here:
