Huelskamp is giving some pretty good answers, he mentioned libertarians earlier on.

And he's talking about Ron Paul & the mistreatment of RP delegates.

Huelskamp is giving props to the Ron Paul delegates.

A new political crush. Might not last long, but I'm digging me some Huelskamp right now.

Agreed. He sounded great. I wish I had heard of him before this "purge" nonsense ...

Amash in the House!

Amash had to read about his purge from budget in the newspaper.

Oh how I loathe the neo-Trot establishment hacks.

Endless Islamic-theocracy building wars is not "defense." I really wish more anti-interventionist politicians would say that.

He called it a lie. That's a strong word.

Huelskamp was my rep before the Congressional lines were redrawn. He's pretty good for the most part. He has one of the most fiscally conservative records in the house, and he voted against the NDAA. Libertarians can still find plenty of things to criticize him on, but he's certainly the best representative we have here in Kansas.

Huelskamp could be heading for the U.S Senate if and when Pat Roberts retires (he's 76), what do you think about that ?

He's the best option we have for the U.S Senate. As I said, he isn't perfect, but he's head and shoulders above the other U.S reps we have here in Kansas.

Any idea on Roberts intentions? his term is up in 2014.

He called it a lie. That's a strong word.

And a perfect one. He said they were trying to find ways to eliminate or get around it the very next day after the debt limit bill was passed.

Not at all surprising, but still ... SMH @ the brazen shamelessness those bastards are capable of.

I haven't heard whether he'll run for re-election or not. If he does, it would be a waste of time for anyone to challenge him. He's still pretty popular here in Kansas. I hope he decides to retire.

The only negative thing about Huelskamp from a fiscal perspective is that he's soft when it comes to farm subsidies, because he represents Western Kansas. It's hard for anyone to get elected out in Western Kansas if you want to get rid of farm subsidies.

Yes, if he does run then Tim will have to wait another 6 years but he's still only young anyway..
