Isn't it just wrong for Tim Geithner to be so obviously political? I thought the Secretary of the Treasury was supposed to be apolitical. I cringe whenever I hear him spewing his marxist crap.

Hank Paulsen went down to Congress and tried to threaten them into giving him an economic dictatorship. That's pretty political in my book. (He got most of what he wanted, with Congress larding it up with pork to pay off all the members who voted for it.)

Meh. How is it possible for someone (Sec. of Treasury) who is appointed by a politician (POTUS) - and whose appointment must be approved by other politicians (Senators) - to NOT be political?

At least Geithner wears his politics on his sleeve. Someone who pretended to be "objective" would be even more insidiously dangerous ...
