If anyone does this please don't make it gloating or in bad taste.

It's probably best not to do it at all.

Both ourselves and the Hucksters understand what happened, now lets not rile them up - rather let's show them the light.

It isn't going to draw any media attention significant enough to outweigh the negatives of being assholes about it ;).

People, people. when will you learn that Digg is not a toy for your Ron Paul pleasures. Only digg when something major happens, like him getting 10million on the 16th, or a video of the cnn debate, or of him winning. no need to use it for every little thing.

If one of us diggs this it will just look like we're gloating. At least wait for an MSM article or something.

This is exactly the kind of thing that we keep in our pocket. IF some article or blogger goes gaga over Hucks fundraising - we pull it out and slap them with it. Otherwise - just enjoy the feeling.

Are you responsible for this? Maybe next time you can write more than a sentence and, oh, I don't know....spell HUCKABEE correctly?

This forum is seriously beginning to dampen my enthusiasm for the grassroots movement.

This forum is seriously beginning to dampen my enthusiasm for the grassroots movement.

For Ron Paul to get up, we need to convince 70-80 Million people to vote for him. That's going to mean that Ron Paul supporters need to come in all different flavors. If we are going to make this work, we need to focus on what brings us together, not how we differ. Translated into practice, that would mean each of us doing whatever we believe will get Our Ron elected. If you see an action you like, support it, if you see an action you don't like, or don't see an action you would like, don't just jump up and down and whinge, go do something you like, and believe will work.

I would hope that the message of liberty would be strong enough in your heart to never dampen your enthusiasm for the grassroots movement. There are always going to be people you disagree with, but that doesn't mean you lose interest for freedom! If people are pissing you off, ignore them!

"The freedom message brings us together, it doesn't divide us." -Ron Paul

This report of it from MikeHuckabeeForum.com is already on the Digg front page.

It might be better to just Digg this one:

Yeah, I agree that the gloating and negative comments over there are not necessary... and it looks really childish. Stuff like that can turn people off who otherwise might consider joining us.

That said, I am stoked that we had such a good fundraising day!

I agree. After reading their forums and what they did earlier this summer in Iowa, I think there is no way I'd ever join their campaign. Not that I would anyway.

Huckster forum..

Fellow Hucksters,

I'm sorry that our money bomb completely fizzled. I'm also sorry that those darn Paulbots raised more money in a few hours than we did since midnight.

There is some good news, however....

I just saved a ton of money by switching to Ron Paul!
