Can law enforcement enter your house and use a secret video camera to record the intimate details inside? On Tuesday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals unfortunately answered that question with "yes."

(way more on link)

So they can now put cameras in our homes without warrants, but we dont even so much as have a right to know the laws that they pass that we are expected to obey?

And here's what's sad about this:

The "political" nature of the finding.

The court approved this, only because of what this man was accused of, selling eagle feathers.

Does anybody really have any doubt that, had the cop been there as part of a vice squad to investigate say, "acts of sodomy", that the court would found in favor of the defendant?

Oh well, at any rate, not a fuck will be given by anybody, new precedent will be set, and what I have said along will happen, will come to pass very shortly.

Routine government monitoring and surveillance of you and your family inside your home.

Not to say that is not already taking place, but now it will have full "legal" approval.
