Sorry if this is a repeat. I don't know if this was ever posted. I was evacuated during the hurricane at this time.

This week financial news organization CNBC gave some mainstream attention to the largest money laundering and racketeering lawsuit in United States History, in which “Banksters” and their U.S. racketeering partners are being accused of laundering of 43 trillion dollars worth of ill gotten gains.

The lawsuit is said to involve officials located in the highest offices of government and the financial sector.

Since this information was surprisingly revealed by the mainstream news organization there has been a very suspicious and deadly fallout at the CNBC headquarters.

Within hours the original page for the article was taken down, and CNBC senior vice president Kevin Krim received news that his children were killed under very suspicious circumstances.

It seems that the murder happened first and then the page was removed later.

According to mainstream accounts the children’s nanny is responsible for the murders, allegedly stabbing both children.

However, those same mainstream news sources report the highly unlikely story that the nanny slit her own throat just after committing the homicides.

Police have released very little information and although a wider plot has not been officially implicated, it seems very possible that these murders are a show of force against the press organization for releasing such damning information about the most powerful people in the world.
Here is some more information about the lawsuit from the Wall Street Journal:

“In the District Court lawsuit, Spire Law Group, LLP — on behalf of home owner across the Country and New York taxpayers, as well as under other taxpayer recompense laws — has expanded its mass tort action into federal court in Brooklyn, New York, seeking to halt all foreclosures nationwide pending the return of the $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000,000.00) by the “Banksters” and their co-conspirators, seeking an audit of the Fed and audits of all the “bailout programs” by an independent receiver such as Neil Barofsky, former Inspector General of the TARP program who has stated that none of the TARP money and other “bailout money” advanced from the Treasury has ever been repaid despite protestations to the contrary by the Defendants as well as similar protestations by President Obama and the Obama Administration both publicly on national television and more privately to the United States Congress.

Because the Obama Administration has failed to pursue any of the “Banksters” criminally, and indeed is actively borrowing monies for Mr. Obama’s campaign from these same “Banksters” to finance its political aspirations, the national group of plaintiff home owners has been forced to now expand its lawsuit to include racketeering, money laundering and intentional violations of the Iranian Nations Sanctions and Embargo Act by the national banks included among the “Bankster” Defendants. “

Some of the alleged conspirators are Attorney General Holder, Assistant Attorney General Tony West, the brother in law of Defendant California Attorney General Kamala Harris, Jon Corzine (former New Jersey Governor), Robert Rubin (former Treasury Secretary and Bankster), Timothy Geitner, Treasury Secretary, Vikram Pandit (recently resigned and disgraced Chairman of the Board of Citigroup), Valerie Jarrett (a Senior White House Advisor), Anita Dunn (a former “communications director” for the Obama Administration), Robert Bauer (husband of Anita Dunn and Chief Legal Counsel for the Obama Re-election Campaign), as well as the “Banksters” themselves, and their affiliates and conduits.

It is expected that all news on this subject will be removed from CNBC, and that other news organizations will be discouraged from covering such information.

However, screen shots of the original CNBC article were taken to verify the authenticity of this story: h ttp://sherriequestioningall.blogspot.com/2012/10/43-trillion-dollar-suit-against-us-govt.html

Assassination and brute intimidation are common strategies for the ruling class to use on people who may threaten their agenda.
This is the second situation this week in which a high level executive was the victim of a suspicious attack that seemed very much like an assassination.

The Intel Hub just reported that Nicholas Mockford, a 60 year old British executive for the oil company ExxonMobil was shot dead in front of his wife in an assassination-style killing in Brussels.

We will be keeping a close eye on both of these stories and provide more details as they become available.
Note: You can read the lawsuit here.

There was a rather in depth discussion on this when it first transpired on Coast with the folks who caught it. Was way better than this article. But glad that it's finally finding main stream discussion though.

Although the New York City Police Department (NYPD) has not been able to interview Ortega because she apparently slashed her own throat and slit her wrists, she remains the main suspect in the slaying of the Krim’s 2 year old son and 6 year old daughter.

Just prior to the murders, Ortega had begun seeing a psychologist. After investigations into Ortega’s background, there were no criminal records and no history of psychiatric issues. Yet those closest to Ortega told the NYPD that she had suddenly lost a considerable amount of weight and was showing visible signs of stress.

According to Paul Browne, spokesman for the NYPD explains that: “Apparently over the last month she was not herself. There were financial concerns. She was seeking professional help and people noticed she wasn’t herself.” Other reports about Ortega’s mental state in the weeks prior to the murders reveal that she felt as though she were losing her mind. Ortega also had some financial difficulties which forced her out of her apartment with her son in the Bronx, and led to her moving in with her sister in Harlem. Yet despite these reports, Ortega never showed signs of personal problems with the Krim family.

Raymond Kelly, NYPD police commissioner, confirmed that Ortega was in a medically induced coma at the Weil Medical Center, which rendered her unable to speak with police. The NYPD are baffled as to why this beloved nanny would brutally murder her two charges.

Charlotte Friedman, a neighbor who lived in the same building remarked that Ortega “looked normal” just prior to the murders. “She had a poker face. There was no indication that something like this was going to happen.” Freidman went on to say that Ortega “She wasn’t warm. Usually when you smile at a nanny and the kids, the nanny smiles back. It’s instinctive. But she had a poker face. I didn’t get the sense she was evil, just cold.”

If you were worried about a lawsuit, why would you go after one media outlet's officer's kids and not any of those actually involved in the lawsuit itself?

Ok, so what else could have caused someone murder the nanny and the children of the CNBC executive and make it look like a homicide/sui?

Sometimes a murder- suicide is just a murder suicide. It does not require the involvement of the government or any other "elite" behind the scenes.
It is still a tragedy.

Latest update- from today:
http://www.examiner.com/article/n-y-nanny-pleads-not-guilty-to-murdering-both-krim-children

N.Y. nanny pleads not guilty to murdering both Krim children

N.Y. nanny Yoselyn Ortega, charged with the brutal stabbing deaths of two young children under her care in an Upper West Side Manhattan apartment on October 25, has been under police guard in a NYC hospital recovering from self-inflicted wounds sustained when she unsuccessfully tried killing herself after allegedly killing 6-year-old Lucia Krim and her 2-year-old brother Leo Krim.

Earlier today, Ortega made her first court appearance, albeit a virtual one, to plead not guilty to those murder charges.

The New York Daily News reported that:

“Ortega, 50, wearing a blue hairnet, lay handcuffed to her hospital bed under a white blanket at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She entered her plea to four counts of murder in a bedside arraignment, through her lawyer Valerie Van-Leer Greenberg …"

The Huffington Post shared that Ortega was sporting a neck brace and a tracheostomy tube. “One of her hands shook throughout the hearing, which was translated into Spanish.”

On the evening of October 25, the mother,, Marina Krim, walked into her apartment to find both of her children dead in the bathtub and soaked in blood.

The nanny lay only feet away from the tub slashing her own throat with the same kitchen knife she used to allegedly kill the Krim children.

The children’s dad, CNBC executive Kevin Krim, was away on a business trip while he children were being killed.

NYC District Attorney Cyrus Vance said "Yoselyn Ortega is charged with taking the lives of two innocent children who were incapable of defending themselves."

"This crime shocked and horrified parents around the city, many of whom entrust their children to the care of others both by necessity and by choice. My heart goes out to the family of those beautiful young children, and I hope that, with time, this family will heal."

Ortega didn't have anything to say during her brief arraignment. Her lawyer declined comments when the hearing was over.

The judge decreed that Yoselyn Ortega would be held without bail while undergoing a psych evaluation.

Her next court appearance will be on January 16.

Again I would ask- how would killing those two kids have ANY IMPACT WHATSOEVER on the lawsuit if that was the reason they were killed?

They always kill someone or something you love in order to inflict the most possible mental anguish they can.

It's probably just a warning, a message... Like when the side your neighbor's above ground swimming pool accidently explodes (due to a shaped explosive charge) and sends a big wave of water across your back yard that hits your house and floods your basement. Forget the deed, your reaction to the message is what counts.

Then again, it could just be a random crazy person flipping out or part of some mind control experiment. Nothing to worry about there.

When that happened to me, I thought it was just somebody farting in the pool. You mean it was a bomb?

She either slit her own throat or the mother of the children is lying.
I believe the mother.

Correlation doesn't equal causation

The only major news outlet to report on a forty three trillion dollar lawsuit that reaches into the West Wing (or, at least, the EOB) for its defendants withdraws that same story two days later, and on the day in between...

No, this isn't proof of causation. And I suppose it's possible for someone to achieve an age of fifty without going psycho, then suddenly do so, too. But humans tend to look for patterns to events, and this one is a complete-to-the-last-detail example of a pattern set years ago. By the mafia.

So, why not the defendants? Because they have forty-three trillion to spare. They can afford that. What they can't afford is for Ma and Pa Sheeple to lose confidence in these thieves, because then where would the next forty-three trillion come from?

This was a press release they got paid to put out. Other PR services such as Marketwatch/Bloomberg put it out as well. There were no murders there.

Because the mother has forensic experience investigating murders? Or what? Why would you have so much confidence in her evaluation of the crime scene?
