I really don't know how to promote my petition. I looked for any kind of "search" feature other than the "filter" which I still can't seem to use to pull up my petition. The only way I know to get the word out is to post the actual link here and maybe some other discussion groups. None of this seems effective enough to get the kind of numbers one needs to get the numbers needed to have the petition considered.

(Of course I'm not fool enough to believe that they would EVER consider it anyway. I'm just wondering about the mechanism of getting the issue promoted...)

Still not a lot of signers on this one. I'm baffled on how to promote this. Other than this thread here, how can I get the word out that the petition even exists? Ideas??

How opposed are you to Facebook?
I'm sure there are several groups you can post it to. People will pass the link around.

I have a "fake" facebook account that I used primarily for keeping up with the Ron Paul campaign. I guess I could try using that to promote this.

These petitions are worthless. Read the WH responses, they're all boilerplate policy statements. None of the petitions are influencing policy at all.

The only sensible approach, if one is to approach this at all, is to make petitions that troll and mock the WH for this farce.
