Can this former Bush official fool the GOP enough to run a campaign for president in 2016?

The neocons are pushing him hard

Is he a threat to Rand? Can he win Iowa, NH and South Carolina?

He will certainly be well funded by the neocons as one of their many horses in the likely 2016 field.

So, he's Santorum lite? That might work, although he does have brown skin. I dont think that will fly with the neocon hate brigade. They might think hes a secret muslim terrorist. Cant wait until the battle of the sweater vests.

Krauthammer claims Jindal could get the Independent Oompa Loompa vote for Oompa Loopa women 4' 11'' to 5' 1'', who earn $39,050.00 annual, and who have had 1.75 years of higher education. Morris has backed this up.

Jindal could easily beat the Democrat candidate IF Jindal supports Oompa Loompa amnesty...

:toady:

OP, thanks for the heads up. It's good to know what they're shovelin'.

I live in LA, and dude is a str8 up political hack. He fooled me into voting for him years ago.

He is really your basic politician. Nothing really there. Him and his family have spent their life in government.

Jindal?...yeah, he's perfect. Another empty suit. Lets go with that.

Jindal would have no problem getting the nomination if Rubio, Ryan and Bush don't run. I can't imagine Rand Paul entering the race if Jindal is the frontrunner in April 2015. Rand would just (correctly) run in 2020.

Jindal probably has more skeletons in his closet than Romney has flip-flops.

"I was what the folks in the insurance industry now call a pre-existing condition."

I never thought I'd say this but Romney is like Carlin when compared to Jindal's brand of humor.

Why the heck not?

Definitely. Just think of all the ways that Rand could call Jindal out on his fake conservatism. Handed out on a silver platter.

He's unqualified. At .45, he says his parents came to this country and his mom was 4.5 months pregnant. Both parents not citizens when he was born, therefore he is not "natural born". DQ'd - next?

Jindal is the definition of Useless Idiot.

Even though he's a Rhodes Scholar.

(I know that sounds like I'm disagreeing with you but I'm actually not - it just goes to show how useless titles in academia are now).

Fool the GOP? He doesn't need to fool them. He's just what they want, except they might prefer someone who's even more of a statist than he is.

I've honestly been so wound up and excited about Rand 16 since the minute that they called the election for Obama I'm just going to go nuts if Jeb or Rubio, Christie, or Jindal snatch it from us. I said I would "leave" the Republican Party. Doubt I'd do that, but I'd be very discouraged if we threw up yet another neocon.

What makes Jindal so good Rand shouldn't run?

I had the pronunciation of his name wrong all this time. I had assumed the accent was on the second syllable and sort of French like interpretation on the first, as in "Zheen-DAHL" but he himself pronounced it GIN-dle rhyming with "Kindle."
