Sean, I hope people aren’t mad at me about it… I spoke about what I believed and I think that there was a period of time when the Romney campaign was falling apart, people were not optimistic, nobody thought there was a chance of victory and I felt that it was my duty at that point to go out and say what I said. And at the time that I said it, I believe I was right.

I knew Morris was lying all the time. They all were including Michael Borne who even agreed with me in an email exchange that PA was a far fetch idea that Romney would win such state.

He lied and told the truth at the same time, from the same point of view. Few are able to pull that off.

i don't think anyone with at least two functioning brain cells thought he was doing anything other than lying. it was pretty obvious at the time he wrote that piece that romney was in for a pounding.

I wouldn't call a 50-48 outcome a pounding. The race was extremely close just not favoring Romney. Obama won 5 battle ground states by less than 500,000 votes.
