View Full Version : December 16th is about the MONEY RAISED, not the MONEY SPENT.

We all know the campaign is not the best (to put it lightly) at spending money effectively. I never imagined December 16th as a chance to give the campaign $10 million to spend; merely $10 million. That's it. The media attention from the largest one-day donation event in history will be worth more than anything the campaign can actually spend that money on.

If you planned to donate $100 on Dec 16th, then don't donate anything today, and donate $125 instead on Dec 16th. If you planned to donate $500, donate $525 instead on Dec 16th. If you planned to donate $800 on Dec 16th, stick with your guns. Do not change a thing.

This is essential.

$10Mil is worth nothing if the voters already know who they're voting for.

I do agree, but you're probably going to get flamed.

Plan on donating $500 on December 16th, but donated $25 today.
