pretty funny segment and I agree with Jon it is kind of ridiculous how these TV talking heads always have to make some lame puns whenever the subject of marijuana is brought up, when really it is a serious subject.

This episode of the Daily Show making it to broadcast television is almost at par with the passing of the two initiatives themselves.

Ya, I started smoking ganja in 2000 and was promised by one of the people I was smoking with that it would be legal by 2010. Of course I thought they were wrong back in '05 when I had a doctor's note and bought it at the store, getting to choose from 20 or so different strains. Still with all the fed activity it is hard to consider it legal, it's still very much grey.
