If you go to the links at the bottom of this there is some stuff from the tenth amendment center: http://blog.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2012/11/alabama-voters-nullify-obamacare-mandates/
for example this article has a map with pins in it for relevant state legislation. I don't know how recently it was updated: http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/nullification/health-care/

NC has a big popular movement pressuring the NCGA, and now that we have GOP supermajorities in both chambers AND a GOP governor, they have no excuse, except for a handful (about 4-5) in leadership who hate nullification and will try to block it. Expect to see a bill.

Alabama here. I just hope it is not a symbolic vote. I imagine when the Feds put on the pressure our state government will fall in line.

I know Ohio passed the Health Care Freedom Act constitutional amendment last year. Now how do we actually get all these state actions to mean something? I remember learning about nullification in AP Government in high school but I haven't seen it come up recently and it seems like a thing of the past sadly.

The best thing that can come from an Obama presidency is the States learn that they can defy the Federal Government.
