Isn't it ironic how the left always rails against the concept of state nullification, yet all the states that passed pro marijuana legislation did so in direct violation of federal drug laws? Is a return to slavery or segregated water fountains next? lol

Like Ron Paul says, "freedom brings people together". This is a solution we can build on in the future. We all know Barry the dictator and his band of merry thieves plan on railroading through plenty of unconstitutional legislation in the next four years. The 10th amendment/state nullification is a weapon we can add to our arsenal in the ongoing war to defend liberty.

had this same conversation today- this will hopefully set a precedent about states rights and reinforce arguments about a lot of policy issues- didnt montana and wyoming basically nullify obamacare? that could get ugly too. i hope once the other states see the tourism/tax revenue/crime statistics in colorado and washington-the flood gates open and many other states get on board to the shock and dismay of the feds.
