Basically what is a good goal to set for donations before December 16th?

I agree. I think the Dec 16th should be the outstanding icing on the cake. We should be close that it's obvious we'll hit the $12Million goal, like $10.5-$11.5Million and then Dec 16th BLOWS everything out of the water with $7Million - $10million that day.

In a perfect world, we'd have our 12 M before the tea party.

Then blast it thru the roof w/ the tea party.
