I believe that the GOP didn't really lose tonight...because there's no such thing as the GOP. Not really.

Call me a conspiracy theorist. I saw tonight coming. I've been saying on Twitter for a year that Romney 2012 = mccain 2008. Too many strange coincidences; Romney created a healthcare mandate, Obama created a healthcare mandate is the biggest one. Romney supports the Indefinite Detention of Americans Clause in NDAA, Obama signed it into law is the next biggest one.

We know that neocons (Matt Drudge of DrudgeReport is one) are ex-liberals. How badly have liberals infiltrated the GOP? Charlie Christ, ex-dem Sheldon Adelson, turned-dem Arlen Specter, ex-dem Rick Perry, Chris Christie, etc

Is infiltration the problem or is this the case of Have versus the Have Nots?

I don't know, but the assessment of the Bush presidency started to clue me in to my belief that the 2-party system is an illusion of choice. Powerful "Republicans" and powerful Democrats are buddies behind closed doors and on the golf course.
