Only two options in this poll. Yea most of us don't want either. Yea their policies are very similar. But who are you secretly pulling for?

I am pulling for the 269-269 scenario, just for the lulz.
(Which theoretically will give us Pres. Romney and Vice Pres. Biden - Sad but hilarious.)

Obama, to make the ship sink possible a little faster financially?

I'm pulling for anyone but Goldman Sachs.

So, I didn't vote in your poll.

Damn, I'm of two minds here.

I can't decide. Both of them present opportunities and challenges.

I suppose if I have to pick, my gut is pulling for Romney - only because Obama offends my senses more than Romney.

I voted GJ at the polls but Obama in your poll. I'd like to see Rand Paul take the office in 2016.

I'm divided. I want Obama to win so the Republicans can put up a better candidate in 2016. I want Romney to win because I imagine he might be ever so slightly better on some fiscal issues. I think the tipping point for me is Romney's embrace of the neoconservative foreign policy. So I guess I would say Obama.

I hope for neither to win -the suck factor is incredible, but, there are possible silverlinings to be aware of.

Romney wins- Gun/ammo prices may stabilize drop. I'm way behind.:(

Obama wins- We may still be able to sort this out peaceful like if we make it to 2014 or 2016.

Romney winning the popular vote by several percentage points but losing the Electoral College is my preferred scenario. Obama has no mandate but the GOP knows that Romney-esque moderates are not the answer. Had they been nicer to the Paulers, everything could have been different.

Yeah. Does anyone even have a contingency plan if Romney wins? We won't even be able to run a Presidential candidate next time around.

Not so much a plan but pretty sure this is what I'll be doing for awhile if Mitt wins.....

Pros to Obama...

My silver horde will go up.
Im less likely to be drafted.
It lets the Republicans know they cant win without us.

Cons to Romney...

My silver horde could plummet
Im more likely to be drafted.
It lets the Republicans know they can win without us.

Well this is easy...

Obama over Romney b/c:
- GOP House + GOP Prez = disaster (see Bush Jr.)
- GOP House + DEM Prez = maximum gridlock = least worst scenario (see Clinton)
- show the Republicans that moderates will NOT get the libertarian vote
- if Romney wins, we'll be hearing all this bullshit about how his "radical" free market ideology (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWGGGWflq_I&feature=plcp) is what's ruining America (on the other hand, if Obama wins they'll just blame his failures on the GOP House as they have done since 2010)

But I happily and sincerely voted for Gary Johnson in the general and Ron Paul in the primary

Yeah, take the pain as fast as possible.
Obama is going to trash the dollar quicker and probably with less warfare.
Four more years of O could help any liberty candidate in 2016. If Romney came in now, everyone would go to sleep on the Republican side.

Obama, I want the GOP to crash and burn. Plus it gives a chance that a fired up House could impeach Obama over Libya.

I'm torn. I feel Romney would lead to faster downfall, so my gut says him.
On the other hand, if he wins, the GOP gets their cookies after snubbing Paul.
So no cookies for Romney and the GOP.

In all reality, I don't give a god damn who wins.

Not a single fucking iota of a chance that our gov't will impeach anyone over using our military to kill, kill, kill.

RT @rauldemolina: ABC News sources say that Jeb Bush told The Romney campaign that they lost Florida.

If this is the case I can't see anyway he wins.

It would honestly be hilarious if he got railroaded.

I'm conflicted, but I'll admit that I was "secretly" hoping for Romney (I wrote-in Ron Paul, mind you). While an Obama victory may be better for the liberty movement in the longrun, for reasons that have previously been discussed on this site, there are other considerations. While most "liberals" and "conservatives" don't truly adhere to their self-proclaimed ideologies, what the public perceived as being "leftist" is what won in the U.S. That is something that concerns me, especially when the state-indoctrinated youths begin to vote in the future. Obviously, Romney was not conservative, but he was perceived to be and was defeated by an opponent who by all rights should have been easily defeated against a competent candidate.

As bitter as I am about the Republican primary, I think that Obama and his supporters annoy me far more. I'm just imagining certain people that I know gloating right now. Also, there is the factor that I'm just bored of seeing Obama on television every day.

Ultimately, this will be to our benefit, perhaps...unless the GOP goes full retard in order to compensate...which it probably will.

Edit: Being able to utilize "conservative" outrage will be of a great benefit for 2016, so Obama winning is the better outcome.

This is one of those, "Would you rather suck a warty penis or take a curling iron in the rectum."

Seeing Chris Matthews' head literally explode on live television due to the election results would have been a glorious thing.

There are so many pluses and minuses to weigh. :p
