Serendipity, perhaps?

If we really need to feed our own egos (which is not necessarily a bad thing from time to time), let's PROVE that we are the most nimble grassroots organization out there.

That November 20th deal has been out there for some time; we can show just how powerful we are by overtaking that day with just one day's notice.

AHAHAHHAHAH! Thats freaking HIGH-Larious!
Lets make it a REALLY REALLY Tall Brontosaurus, people. They were peaceful herbivores... and if you were to set one on fire, it would have taken a few seconds for them to realize they were burning... they were so big that their nerves would take a while to communicate feelings. Ok, now I'm in a goofy mood and ready for the weekend.

Why didn't they wait one day to send out this email? Oh well....

I agree that, if put somewhere out of the way and left to his own devices, the result would be harmlessly amusing. But there's nothing funny about finding a shell of a front-man which can bring in the we-don't-like-to-think-too-hard vote. And if he wins, we might as well not have a President - we could save a bit of string and just let the puppetmasters do whatever they want.

Due to the overlapping events of the campaign requesting more funds today and Huckabee holding his 'moneybomb' copycat event today, a fierce competition has set up between the two camps and their online supporters. You can track the current status of things at http://www.ronpaulgraphs.com/rp_vs_huck_today.html. While the TeaParty is definitely still the primary focus for stunning fundraising numbers, as per the campaigns request, any discretionary spending that can be used for donations would be well-donated today. It will rejuvenate the campaign's ad coffers and help us keep down Huckabee's momentum and bragging rights. Please spread this general idea to other Meetups or supporters, as currently we are failing to close the gap with Huckabee.

It should be noted they've been planning this for weeks, and we've just begun at 1 or 1.30 pm - so please don't fret about the fact that we aren't caught up yet ;). A reminder to only donate at www.ronpaul2008.com.

That's what I sent out to my Meetups, if anyone wants a rough template, it has the link to the charts and all. On second thought, I should have LINKED to the TeaParty when mentioning it, please correct if you use.

20k! They stand no chance. On a different note, I think we just mobilized 110k in funds with ZERO planning.

Yea, bomb the children or money bombs taken from children or something to that affect, any difference in the wording is just conjecture.

I must say, Huckabee's guys are doing pretty good. They are probably the only other people that can organize something like this in pure grassroots.

Order Confirmation

Thanks for your order! We really appreciate your business.

Please allow 4-6 business days for order fulfillment and shipping.

Please make note of your confirmation number: 243050867.

I bought 3 packs of the Tax-Free Tips slim jims. My family (immediate and extended) owns a crap ton of restaurants, and I wanted to get a bunch of these out to them. I've been meaning to buy them, so I figured today would be a good day for that. :)

So that's $20 from me, even if I get something in return. ;)

The fundraising thus far has been mismanaged. But the surge is working my friends! Not maybe, it's working! Mike Huckabee is a panderer and an agent of intolerance! Keep donating to Ron, the most honest man in Washington!

If you guys notice, our curve is much more straight while Huck's has many periods of slowdown. Just proof that we can keep donations rolling while they struggle to get it moving. (this is unplanned too)

I appreciate the graph and its comparison to Huck, but we have seen the advantage real time graphs give us over other candidates. We know the hucksters are using this graph as well as us. They are getting spurt out of it just the same. I think Huck could be a big spoiler for our momentum in Iowa, this could roll into NH as well.

Hucks momentum is like a child that just had his training wheels taken off his bike and hasnt hit the curb yet, we are like a freight train that just came chugging over the top of the mountain.

I can hear him already: "We had to upgrade our web server 4 TIMES!"

It's a good trick, RonPaul2008 should run on a slow day off some virtualized hosting package with a trivial amount of memory, then over the course of a few hours purchase every upgrade available one after the other, then send out a mocking press release "15 SERVER UPGRADES IN 2 HOURS, NEW SERVER UPGRADE RECORD, HUCKABEE DEVASTATED"
