This ad, produced by Michael Moore in cooperation with MoveOn.Org, purports to carry a message from the Greatest Generation. That message is to Republicans and Mitt Romney: “If your voter suppression throughout this beautiful country enables Romney to oust Barack Obama, we will burn this mother f*cker down.” There’s more: “I’m going to track down Mitt Romney and give him the world’s biggest c*ck punch.” The final speaker vows to watch us all having sex, or something.

Suffice it to say, the ad is more Michael Moore than Greatest Generation.

The ad in its entirety is here. Viewer discretion advised.

Why would I want to see that? At his best, Moore is unwatchable.

It's not Moore. They roped some elderly people into saying some pretty vile things. It just further illustrate the depths they will sink to.

I assume you've seen this monstrosity:

Wow! Both of those were pretty vile. I don't even want to know irl the types of folks ads like these appeal to. I can understand the touchy feely of the children one, but the older folks...uh, who says, okie dokie I am gonna vote for Obama based on this?

Just a bunch of violent, rude, whiny liberals. I recently went to a town debate and the only people who kept interrupting the debate were all democrat voters. I have no problem calling them out.

A good friend of mine responds to the oldster video the best:

"This video is repulsive. I was born in 1986, and I DON'T CARE HOW OLD YOU ARE. In fact, using your age as a reason for why I should vote a certain way isn't going to sway my opinion positively. The generations before us had wives, families, homes. We are a generation scraping from contract to internship to contract, couch to couch. NO PITY. NO MERCY. If and when we wrestle away the levers of power--- expect no quarter. We will slash everything. GET OUT OF OUR LIVES."

Why does the left always use children for their creepy ads?
According to "The Blaze" one of the people behind the singing kids ad is a Republican:
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/pro-obama-ad-has-children-singing-about-an-america-where-sick-people-just-die-oil-fills-the-sea/

The founders of the ad agency behind the iconic “Got Milk?” ad campaign and some of the other most well-known advertisements in the country have a new message: re-elect President Barack Obama, or your children will live in an America where “sick people just die” and “oil fills the sea.”

The ad is the brainchild of Jeff Goodby and Rich Silverstein, of the San Francisco-based Goodby Silverstein & Partners, for their Future Children Project. The Future Children Project states on its website, “Re-electing President Obama is a momentous decision that will require every single voter. What would the children of the future say if we let them down this November?”

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Goodby is a registered Republican who said he has some concerns about “the direction the party is going,” while Silverstein said he was spurred by the “huge implications for the future” the presidential election will have.

Editor’s note: This post originally indicated that the ad was created by Goodby Silverstein & Partners. It is an independent project by founders Jeff Goodby and Rich Silverstein and unrelated to the agency’s work.

Business Insider confirms that Goodby is a registered (though frustrated) Republican. http://www.businessinsider.com/jeff-goodbys-musical-romney-bashing-ad-2012-10

I thought the first video was kinda funny.

It's a get out the vote ad. It's not trying to convince people to vote Obama, but rather trying to get the apathetic youth who nominally support Obama to go vote for him. They think its humorous. Pretty sad.

You mean, he doesn't want to see it move back to the right? Waa.

And a lot of socialist leaning men who have trouble thinking about anything logically. Basically, it's a crude appeal to emotion.
