Are you voting for him because Ron and Rand endorsed him, or because you like him?

Personally, I'm curious as to why he hasn't filled out his C4L candidate survey: http://www.campaignforliberty.org/surveys/florida-federal-survey-results/

Time is running out! As you read this, Floridians have already cast a million votes in absentees and early voting. The election is happening now and we only have a few more days to help elect Connie Mack to the US Senate.

Congressman Connie Mack has had a distinguished career in public service fighting for Florida and the ideals of Freedom, Security and Prosperity.

Connie has fought to cut spending and taxes, reduce the debt, and balance the budget. And he's fought against policies like TARP, the Stimulus, ObamaCare, and other liberal experiments that are jeopardizing our future by spending taxpayer dollars on programs Americans cannot afford and do not want.

Connie Mack has the only economic plan that will cut actual spending instead of proposed spending. (The Penny Plan.) He has voted against the Patriot Act and for internet freedom.

Connie Mack has been endorsed by Senator Rand Paul and Congressman Ron Paul.

In a nutshell: He would be a DeMint Republican. He is great on economic stuff. He actually walked the talk as well when he sponsored the famous Penny Plan that would eliminate one penny for every dollar spent in the federal budget for 8 years to balance it. If I lived in Florida, I would probably vote for him. Unfortunately, his prospects are pretty non-existent right now. It is rated as a "Safe Democratic" seat and PPP's latest poll put Nelson 8 points ahead: http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/pdf/2011/PPP_Release_FL_1028.pdf

Next to Rand, Mack might be the best civil liberties Senator if elected.

Voted against the Patriot Act and is outspoken against it.
Voted against NDAA and for Smith-Amash amendment.
Votes against the internet cybersecurity bills.
Defending Wikileaks.

Also very fiscally conservative. Penny Plan is one of the best budget plans. Against the auto and bank bailouts. Against stimulus. Against increase debt ceiling.

Also wants to defund U.N. and was against Libya invasion.

I love the DNC's ads this cycle. They made every Republican seem like a libertarian. It always makes me sad when I find out they're actually neocons.

Mack seems ok, but his wife (Rep. Mary Bono Mack R-Hollywood) is a pro-SOPA bitch
