Everyone is criticizing Romney for wanted to cut FEMA's budget, but I agree with him.

Eliminate it. It is unconstitutional, among other problems.

But romney won't be doing much of anything to it except maybe tinkering with where the largess goes.

Romney is not going to cut a damn thing without doubling the spending on something else.

He is every bit the Socialist that Obama is.
