My in-law just sent this to me and was asking if I had heard anything about it. Essentially it is an article describing a study that was published about voter fraud in the GOP Primary--in particular vote flipping, like we heard so much about on these forums over the past year.
Are these the same guys? Did they finally find some real legitimate proof? Last time I looked at the 85+ page thread there was a lot of contention flying around about the legitimacy of it all.
