I would invite:

Noah
Abraham
Ishmael
Isaac
Jacob
Esau
Moses
Jesus
Muhammad
Krishna
Translators

Savory appetizers, exquisite soup, tasty salad, fire-roasted meats, freshly-prepared vegetables, satisfying dessert. And the best wine I could get my hands on.

Instruct the servers there is a two-glass limit. Maybe three, but THAT'S IT.

Finish it off with a digestif and a peace pipe.

music selection would be:

appetizers and introductions: classical middle eastern
dinner: string quartet - probably Mozart
after dinner: Hindu meditative

Any one of these dudes would be endlessly interesting, so let's go with Moses for example.

To me the ten commandments seem like a transformation of the ten "sephiroth" of Jewish Kabbalism, so I guess that I would just really want to know more about this Jewish transition from an ancient mystery-school to what we call Judaism today.

Also, I would like to know more about Moses' exact role amongst Egyptian nobility, who exactly were the Levites, and were the Israelites really slaves or what.

Mine would all be women, and no drink limit. :) I don't care if they drink at all, but if I'm only drinking 2 glasses of wine, they'd need to be really big glasses.

Instruct the servers to keep the food light since some of us will be exercising later. :)

I'd invite Jesus so I could get a handle on what Christianity was actually supposed to be like, because folks these days have jacked it all up. I'm a Christian, but I refuse to go to any of the churches. They're all backward and hypocritical, and most of the PREACHERS don't understand the religion, or just don't care enough to teach it.

Sure that's a good idea?

Mine would be with Krishnamurti, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Thoreau.

Hey and as a bonus, most of the people folks are inviting are already dead, so who cares about how much butter is in it ;)

This -along with Ron & Carol Paul. Not so much out of curiosity but more out of gratitude and for fellowship.

It's a potluck. Pre-meal we first take to the range on grounds and do an Appleseed event. :D

A sampling of everyone's own regional cuisine and intoxicants would be outstanding. Bring two CDs each and we'll put the giant CD player on random.

(after the liberty supporter music hacks in the crowd get done jamming and/or are voted off the stage)

Long discussions into the morning. :)
