There is probably some weirdness here, but most of it are people who registered prior to 1960 and didn't include a birth date, so a default of January 1 1900 is assigned. Not all, but nearly all of these people will be listed with a birth date of January 1 1900, which is more of an administrative thing than anything. Kinda funny that 80% of these are Democrats though...

It is so statistically improbable to get that kind of split that it is virtually certain there is substantial fraud involved.

Yeah I have seen 1900 as the default "registration" date too, which would imply someone is 130 or more years old.

It's a little creepy that in N.C. it is public information what your age, race, and voting address is. As well as what party you're in, which elections you voted, the polling place you voted, and whether your vote was absentee, early, or election day.

Democrats, in particular, are well known to register their dead relatives and friends, and even people they don't know. They feel they must since they've been defrauded, and they can't chance anything that might affect their food stamp coverage.

2012-1900 = 112

ETA - Which would explain why there are 7 people who have voted at 111, and 3 at 113, but ~300 at 112.
