As long as the government decides what food gets subsidised and makes up the vast majority of our food supply, sure, let the states decide if they want to know what is in their food. If the government stayed out of it to begin with, we would have no reason to legitimate need to use government force to find out what is in our food that is being subsidised and forced on us in mass.
