View Full Version : What's the deal with linking Digg to RP forums?

I just came across this:

I really do not think it wise to link a digg.com article to our forums. This is not the first place we want anyone to come to learn about Ron Paul.

It's too wild and woolly in here sometimes.

Sheesh.

It caused a huge spike in viewership of the forums and we're now over 7,000 registered members!

I found out about Ron Paul on Digg.com. It was the "The Best Ron Paul Video" Digg.

Exactly. In the long history of the internet, there have only been a few forums who have had the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. We should not shrink from this responsibility. We should welcome it! And welcome all newcomers! The forum is growing by leaps and bounds and we should be encouraging it.

actually this is a great place to send people ,so im not sure why you think its not,most people live in the real world,and ronpaulforums is the real world.

The forum may very well turn a way a few potentials, but the freedom loving, anti-authority, soon to be grassroots activists that do join will be well worth it.

Once people see the booming support here, I think it draws people in. This forum is alive and growing, the day Llepard's ad made the front page of digg thousands of people came here and we had hundreds of new members sign up. The calling of Liberty is powerful my friends!
