You can't get to 15% if your name is never mentioned in the polls. I live in a battleground state and I've received something like a half-dozen phone polls since the conventions. None of them mentioned any third party candidates by name. I think only one poll had an option for "other" whereas the typical language for the non-Obama/Romney option is "undecided" (which conveniently removes the suggestion that there are other options).

Blaming major party candidates and the commission on presidential debates misses the point. Political campaigns will always try to stage events that work to their advantage. That's just part of the territory. The real story here is that polling firms support this fraud by not including third party candidates by name, and the MSM treats these debates as legitimate. If CNN and Fox refuse to broadcast the debate-o-mercials and instead broadcast an empty room hosted by the League of Women Voters, things would change overnight. But they will not because they are just as partisan as the CPD even though they pretend not to be.
